Horizon Equity Partners is pleased to announce the fifth investment of Horizon Growth Fund I, through an investment in TEEM, S.A., which consolidates participations in SinalCabo, Netllink, Sinaltech, TRC and Solarus, leading Portuguese companies in the telecommunications infrastructure, technical services, and renewable energy sectors.

Together, these companies form a diversified platform with strong technical capabilities and a nationwide presence, providing integrated solutions for the design, construction, and maintenance of telecom and energy networks. The Group plays an important role in enabling both the digital transformation and the energy transition underway in Portugal and other European markets.

In 2024, the Group reached consolidated revenues of approximately €45 million, supported by sustained growth across its main business areas, notably telecom network deployment and energy projects. The companies under TEEM’s umbrella have consistently demonstrated strong execution capacity, operational efficiency, and financial discipline.

This investment will support the Group’s growth and consolidation strategy, strengthening its capital structure, fostering synergies among the portfolio companies, and reinforcing its position as a key player in infrastructure and clean energy services.
