Horizon, Atena and 3T Portugal buy hospital in Torres Vedras

Hospital Soerad has been acquired by venture capital firm Atena and 3T Portugal. It is the second purchase by the two companies, after Hospital Particular de Almada, acquired in August 2021

Atena Equity Partners and 3T Portugal announced this Friday that they have acquired the entire capital of Hospital Soerad, located in Torres Vedras. Contacted by Expresso, a source from the joint venture declined to reveal the value of the deal. This is the second purchase operation by the two companies, after Hospital Particular de Almada, which was acquired in August 2021 and whose building was left to the French fund Lifento.
