Limited Risk, Unlimited Performance

Horizon Equity Partners Portuguese independent fund manager

Horizon Equity Partners is a Portuguese independent fund manager focused on investing in long life and high-quality infrastructure assets.

Based in Lisbon with a management team that has been working within the European infrastructure sector for over 20 years providing access to a well-developed network across target sectors and geographies, our purpose is to generate attractive returns over the life of the fund with limited risk to our investors.

The target sectors include telecommunications, social, energy, transport and other regulated assets.

We strongly believe that the most effective way to create value in our target companies is through a thoughtful, disciplined, and hands-on investment approach carried out by an active management in our portfolio companies.

Horizon is aiming to create value for all that goes beyond financial improvements, helping investee companies to face challenges such as access to capital, family succession, management competences or lack of scale.

Horizon was founded based on 4 pillars: rigour, experience, discipline and transparency. These pillars define our culture and has made Horizon an essential partner for Portuguese infrastructure assets.
