Tiago Souza D’Alte Legal and Compliance

Lawyer and university lecturer, focusing its expertise in areas including the environment and natural resources, environmental and energy taxation, public procurement and administrative law.

Tiago D’Alte acted as legal counsel for public and private entities in Portugal and abroad.

Tiago D’Alte supported national and foreign governments, municipalities and public and private companies in the design and implementation of projects and regulation of services and infrastructure. He was responsible for the environmental legislative and tax process within the Portuguese government and acted as the coordinator of several working groups on environmental and energy markets and taxation. He also has extensive experience in the preparation and monitoring of public pre-contractual procedures, particularly in the public domain concessions, public works and the purchase or supply of goods or services to public and private entities.
