Tiago D’Alte is counsel for public and private entities in Portugal and abroad.

Tiago D’Alte has supported national and foreign governments, municipalities and public and private companies in the design and implementation of projects and regulation of services and infrastructure. He was responsible for the environmental legislative process and tax the Portuguese government and coordinator of working groups on environmental and energy markets and taxation. He also has extensive experience in the preparation and monitoring of public pre-contract procedures, particularly in the public domain concessions, public works and the purchase or supply of goods or services to public and private entities.
